Our values are the foundation of everything we do.
At the heart of Cura are the values that guide our care. They’re more than just words — they shape every decision, every interaction, and every service we offer. These values help us stay focused on making a meaningful impact in the lives of the people and communities we support.

We believe in doing the right thing, always. With honesty and transparency, we build trust and ensure that the care we provide is ethical and reliable.
Collaboration
Great care happens when we work together. We partner with participants, families, and professionals to create a care plan that truly puts your needs first.
Respect
Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity. We respect your unique preferences and perspectives, ensuring your voice is heard in every decision.
Meet one of our founders.
“Every individual deserves to feel valued and supported.”
Kailo Karpeh, one of the founders of Cura, embodies a profound personal commitment to the individuals we support. Growing up in Liberia, Kailo experienced the struggles faced by disadvantaged individuals, especially those with disabilities. His mother’s compassion—providing food and shelter to those in need—ignited his lifelong dedication to helping others.
With over five years of experience in the NDIS sector, Kailo is driven by a mission to empower people to live with dignity, independence, and community inclusion. One of his most transformative experiences involved working with an 8-year-old non-verbal autistic child. Through patience and effective communication techniques, Kailo helped the child manage complex behaviors, fostering trust and reducing anxiety.
